Get Your ESA Letter

Here are the few easy steps to get your ESA letter in 24 hours.

  • Call 833-372-6311 to speak with an ESA counselor. They will provide information about our services and answer all your questions.
  • If you decide to proceed, we will schedule a complimentary (free) interview with one of our doctors. We schedule you quickly.  This is usually the same day or as convenient to your schedule.
  • If the doctor determines that you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal, you can make the one-time payment of $100 with your ESA counselor.
  • Your ESA letter will be written and signed by the doctor and promptly emailed to you.
  • You can start practicing your rights as an ESA owner immediately!

Explanation of ESA Procedure

Here is a more detailed explanation of the steps outlined above:  When you call, a voice message means that our counselors are on the phone with other patients. So leave a message and we will call you back within the hour to schedule your appointment with the doctor.  If you call after the doctors’ hours, we will schedule the interview for the next day.

The Interview with the Doctor is complimentary

You will receive a phone call from the doctor at your scheduled appointment time. (You will always speak to a doctor.)  Your complimentary interview is confidential and private. If you qualify as an ESA owner, the doctor will transfer you back to the ESA counselor to arrange the payment of $100.  And if you do not qualify for our services,  there is no cost to you.

Your ESA Letter

After payment, your ESA letter will be written and promptly emailed to you on a secure email line. The letter will explain your need for an ESA.  It won’t give personal information about your diagnosis. It will include the name, signature, and professional license number of the doctor who interviewed you. Our procedure and the ESA letter follow the federal regulations on Emotional Support Animals.

How to Use Your ESA Letter

At the time of payment, we will explain your responsibilities towards your Emotional Support Animal and presenting your ESA letter to others.  In addition, we will answer any further questions.

If You Need More Help

If you run into any difficulty with anyone who has concerns about your ESA we will help you.  For instance, we will provide you with the regulations so you can pass them on to anyone with questions. The regulations usually clarify any questions or concerns. But if the regulations don’t provide resolution, one of our doctors will call the person involved. The doctor will explain the federal regulations, your responsibilities, and your rights. Our goal is to resolve any objections or questions about ESAs confidently and in a friendly manner. And if you know someone that you think can benefit from an ESA, but will need your help, give us a call.  For example, there are thousands of senior citizens that would love some companionship – and kids too. Upon request, we will send you two printed copies of your ESA letter for a nominal fee. 833-ESA-MD11      (833-372-6311)
