We do not store your personal data, we do not sell your information, and we charge one flat fee with no hidden costs. By using this site you agree to these terms. MyESAMD is an online telehealth portal that enables participating licensed medical practitioners and providers ("Healthcare Providers") to connect with patients online to offer Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluation services via telephone and video calls.
We provide our services to patients residing in all states and territories of the United States of America. It is the responsibility of the patient to indicate which state they require the ESA letter for, and to use their ESA letter legally. An ESA letter provided by MyESAMD is lawfully accepted only within the United States of America and its territories.
Our services provide access to particular medical information and enable patients to interact with licensed medical practitioners. However, our services are not intended to replace comprehensive medical advice or ongoing care. We advise all patients to visit a doctor or qualified medical professional to address any mental or emotional health questions beyond the scope of an ESA evaluation. Any content published on this website should not be interpreted as medical advice or treatment.
There are inherent limitations of telehealth, including but not limited to the fact that we cannot conduct physical examinations and must rely on a patient's verbal communication. By using our website, you are consenting to a telehealth visit and you agree to answer all questions from our physicians and staff honestly and to the best of your ability.
My ESA MD reserves the right to edit, update, add, or remove items contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any material updates on our website. My ESA MD is not responsible or accountable for the procurement, care, training, or behavior of your Emotional Support Animal. The patient assumes full responsibility for the actions of their ESA at all times.
While using our site and services, we may collect limited information about you — such as your name, contact number, email address, and pet information — solely for the purpose of facilitating your ESA evaluation. We will never sell, share, or forward your personal information to any third party.
My ESA MD and all providers and staff associated with the practice comply with all applicable federal healthcare privacy and security laws, including full HIPAA compliance, and maintain safeguards to protect the security of your health information. Information you share with your provider during a telehealth consultation is confidential to the extent protected by applicable law.
We devote considerable effort toward ensuring that all personal and health information communicated through our platform is secure. We do not store patient data in the cloud, we do not keep credit card information on file, and we do not share data with third-party vendors or CRM systems. All use of data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and protected under HIPAA compliance laws.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site and its services independently. Individuals under 18 years of age may use the site and receive services only with the verified consent and active participation of a parent or legal guardian.
If a parent or legal guardian registers on behalf of a minor, they assume full legal responsibility for complying with these Terms and Conditions on behalf of that minor. My ESA MD charges a one-time flat fee of $110 for a complete ESA evaluation and letter. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees. All fees are clearly stated prior to payment.
Payment is accepted via third-party billing services such as PayPal or Zelle. We do not store credit card information, account numbers, or routing numbers on file. Any patient utilizing MyESAMD services agrees to pay all applicable charges in full at the time of invoicing.
If payment is not received or a transaction is reversed or disputed, My ESA MD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately until the matter is resolved. To regain access to services, please contact us directly at info@myesamd.com or 1-833-372-6311.

My ESA MD, its employees, counselors, and healthcare providers are not liable or responsible for any legal fees, damages, or expenses that may result from the inappropriate behavior or actions of an Emotional Support Animal. These Terms and Conditions release My ESA MD, its employees, counselors, and healthcare providers from all liability relating to injuries, property damage, or emotional distress incurred due to the behavior or actions of an Emotional Support Animal, regardless of owner negligence.
My ESA MD strongly advocates for responsible ESA ownership. We support the use of appropriate safety measures — including muzzles on animals that become anxious around new people or unfamiliar environments — and we encourage all patients to be responsible, considerate ESA owners.
We advocate for all our patients to the fullest extent of our ability. If you need to file a complaint with HUD regarding your housing rights, we will fully support you through that process at no additional charge.
